Here's the common purpose and functionality of a "Trigger Report Schedule" feature:
- On-Demand Reporting: The ability to trigger a report schedule allows you to generate and distribute reports immediately, outside of the regular scheduled intervals. This can be useful when you need up-to-date information for specific situations, data analysis, or troubleshooting.
