ModifySiteVirtualIP
Select the Site Cluster Virtual Interface and modify the Use Case or Member Location Constraint settings.
Navigation: High-availability VIF Management --> Site Clusters Virtual Interfaces --> Virtual Interface Management --> Modify Cluster VIF (toolbar)

High-availability VIF Management --> Site Clusters Virtual Interfaces --> Modify Site Cluster VIF... (right-click)
Also set the location configuration for Site Cluster nodes and their preference level (weight).
