Object User Access Key Manager

Manage Ceph S3 User Access Keys.

Access keys are unique identifiers that allow users to authenticate and interact with the S3-compatible object storage service. They consist of an access key ID and a secret access key. Users can use these keys to make API requests and access their S3 resources.

The purpose of an "S3 User Access Key Manager" in QuantaStor or any S3-compatible system would be to perform tasks such as:

• Creating access keys: The manager would enable administrators or users to generate new access keys for S3 users.

• Managing access keys: It would provide options to view, modify, or delete existing access keys associated with S3 users.

• Rotating access keys: The manager might offer the ability to rotate or update access keys periodically to enhance security.

• Access key policy management: It could allow administrators to define or modify policies associated with access keys, including permissions and restrictions.

Navigation: Security --> S3 Users & Tenants --> S3 Users & Tenants --> Key Manager (toolbar)
