You can modify the name and description of a storage volume using this dialog. The advanced settings allows for changing settings like Read Only and iSCSI CHAP authentication policies for the storage volume. The 'Is Snapshot' option is particular to btrfs based storage pools and allows you to promote a snapshot volume to a root/primary volume.
Navigation: Storage Management --> Storage Volumes --> Storage Volume --> Modify (toolbar)
