Management grids can have a floating grid IP address which always runs on the current primary node.  This is useful as you can associate this IP with a FQDN for the grid.  If the appliance where the grid IP is located is turned off then another node is elected as the new primary node for the grid automatically.   
Allows you to modify the name and/or description of the QuantaStor storage management Grid.  Note that after you have added all the nodes to a grid you can associate a Grid Management virtual IP (VIF) with the grid which will automatically failover to another node in the event that the current primary goes offlineTo do this you must create a Site Cluster, then add a Grid Management IP to that Site Cluster.

Allows you to modify the name and/or description of the QuantaStor storage management Grid. Note that after you have added all the nodes to a grid you can associate a Grid Management virtual IP (VIF) with the grid which will automatically failover to another node in the event that the current primary goes offline. To do this you must create a Site Cluster, then add a Grid Management IP to that Site Cluster.
