Creates a new Ceph Block Device (aka RBD) in the specified scale-out Ceph Pool. Ceph Pools span the grid of appliances with OSDs in the Ceph Cluster configuration. Creates a new Ceph Block Device (aka RBD) in the specified scale-out Ceph Pool. Ceph Pools span the grid of appliances with OSDs in the Ceph Cluster configuration. Ceph Block Devices automatically appear as new Storage Volumes in the Storage Volume section which can then be assigned to hosts for access via iSCSI (QS v3.16 and newer) and FibreChannel (coming in QS v3.17 and newer).

Navigation: Scale-out Block & Object Storage --> Storage Pools (Ceph) --> Storage Volumes (RBDs) --> Create (toolbar)
